Vicki Egarr
Owner Little Me & Little Muddy Me Preschool
Having worked as a registered childminder since 2012, as a nanny previously and in Day nurseries, I have accrued 24 years’ experience of caring for children. My Ofsted report rated my childminding setting as ‘Outstanding’. I believe that children’s needs are best met when space and resources allow them to play and learn.
I enjoy inventing new activities to engage and excite little minds. I have a particular interest in sensory play, children’s wellbeing and helping children to explore the outdoors.
I have a BA honours in childcare and Education and Level 3 forest school.

Leanne
Admin
For over 20 years I have worked in the customer service and administrative roles within the business sector.
I had been wanting to take these skills into a different sector and when the position at Little Me preschool presented itself in 2019 it felt perfect, this then grew to include Little Muddy Me in January 2020.
I really enjoy being part of the team that makes Little Me and Little Muddy Me the perfect place for your little ones.

Vikki
Little Me Manager, SENco, Deputy Safeguarding Lead
I’m an optimistic, energetic mum of two with an infectious zest for life. I have 20 years’ experience of working in childcare, in day-nurseries and as a nanny.
I joined the Little me family back when we opened in 2017 as a nursery practitioner and Special educational needs co-ordinator, and was honoured to be offered the position of Manager in September 2021.
I am passionate about my job and believe it to be a privilege caring for children at the start of their learning journey.

Lisa
Little Me Deputy Manager, Safeguarding Lead
My name is Lisa and I’m the deputy manager and our very first Little Me employee in January 2017. I have been working with children and families over the past 20 years in the childcare industry.
I am a mum of two, and I am most at home around little people and I’m passionate about supporting them in their early learning journey and in helping them flourish.

Gracie
Level 3 Apprentice
I started 6 form studying health and social care and decided I wanted to gain first hand experience and obtain my level 3 childcare qualification. The opportunity at Little me preschool became available and I knew it was right for me.
I have always had an interest in working with children and in the future would like to become a family support worker/social worker. I want to support children as they develop and grow. I love how children interact and play and watching their little minds work and explore their surroundings.

Louise
Preschool Practitioner, NNEB
I started my career in childcare as a children’s holiday rep abroad over 20 years ago, since then I have worked in nurseries, childminding settings and then more recently in 2018 at Little Me.
I love creating activities to excite little minds around the children’s interests, which are both fun and simulating.

Nikita
Preschool Practitioner
I joined Little Me preschool in September 2021 after deciding to leave college when Vicki gave me the opportunity to finish my Level 3 qualification as an apprentice. I am now a qualified Level 3 childcare practitioner having completed my apprenticeship. I’ve always wanted to work with children, and to watch them grow up to be amazing little characters whilst building relationships with them. Watching them grow and develop in a positive and stimulating environment is the reason as to why I put my heart and soul into my role at Little Me so that the children can get the best start in life.

I have been working in preschools and special needs school’s offering 1:1 support for 6 years, I find it really rewarding to know that my knowledge and experience makes a difference. I joined Little Me preschool in September 2020. Whilst working at Little Me I gained my Level 3 in childcare qualification, this has helped me to further develop my skills to better understand children’s strengths and abilities.
After studying special needs to support my children, it opened my eyes into a totally different world, and I felt really excited to utilise my personal skills and experience to support others.

We are based in a forest area next to Bray Lake. If you put a postcode into a satnav it will take you to the wrong location.
When you turn onto Monkey Island Lane, (off the A308) follow the road all the way (past Summerleaze concrete plant on your left, Bray Marina on your right) until you reach a fork in the road, take the left fork towards Bray lake. You will go over a small bridge and our car park will be on the left. You will see a large 6ft high wooden fence at the end of the car park and this is the location of Little Muddy Me.
